science+leddy library

The Library is more than a place to study, it's your window onto the sciences!

Expert librarians for the sciences are ready to help you plan, find, use, create and understand information.

How the Library helps you

Undergraduate students
  • Get help starting your research assignments. We'll work with you to develop a research question, and strategies to search for and find information
  • Get data and statistics help for your labs, statistics classes and research projects.
  • Use our nine floors of spaces to study: computer workstations, quiet study areas, bookable study rooms, reading lounges and a café!
Graduate students
  • One-on-one research consultations with a librarian who can assist you with literature and data reviews.
  • Access hundreds of thousands of scientific journals, books and databases. Use Interlibrary Loan to fill in the gaps—for free.
  • Help with understanding science communication. Need to know where best to publish and how to maximize the impact of your research? Talk to your librarian.
Faculty & postdoctoral fellows
  • Maximize the impact of your research by talking to your librarian about open access, research data sharing, metrics and predatory publishing.
