Spaces and Bookings

 COVID-19 Service Notice: Jan 17th bookable and first-come, first-served study spaces are open in the main building. 
Masks are mandatory when in common spaces in Leddy Library even while seated. Eating is not allowed in the library.

Policies for study spaces during COVID-19
  • All users entering the library are required to complete the COVID-19 Self Assessment using the Safe Lancer App (Available for download on Apple App Store or Google Play Store). As of Septmeber 7th the Campus Vaccine policy is in effect.
  • Safety protocols and other information will be sent via email upon reservation. Please read this carefully before attending.
  • All study rooms are single occupancy only including rooms formerly zoned as group study.
  • Masks are mandatory and physical distancing guidelines will be in effect when in the Leddy Library. The library is not zoned as a cafeteria where you can take your mask of while you are eating.
  • Supplies will be provided for wiping down your study space before and after use.
  • No food or drink will be permitted, except for lidded drinks.
  • Study rooms are highly requested. Your booking will be canceled if you do not arrive within 30 minutes of the start of your booking.

Personal study rooms are available for individual use and can be booked for two 3 hour sessions a day, up to 30 days in advance.

PC Workstations provide you with access to printing and a workspace for studying. Available for 2-hour bookings.
Seating in Leddy
128 single-person study carrels are available on a first-come, first-served basis at this time. Leddy West Building is CLOSED at this time.
