Clinical Decision Tools

Clinical decision tools are special databases whose purpose is to assist clinicians with making sound bedside/patient-facing decisions based on expert synthesized reviews of the available evidence. Unlike academic databases such as CINAHL or MEDLINE which provide individual research articles related to a topic, clinical decision tools provide gold standard approaches and curated key information related to specific conditions and/or medications to assist in making sound evidence-based decisions when dealing directly with patients.
