Adam (he/him) is the library liaison to the Faculty of Nursing, the Department of Psychology, the School of Dramatic Art, and the Office of Open Learning. In this role he provides subject specific research consultations, collection development, and in-course and customized information literacy teaching. Adam is an instructor with the FAHSS Mentorship and Learning Program (of which he is also a graduate) and a co-instructor of Selected Readings in Nursing: Knowledge Synthesis in the Faculty of Nursing.
Adam was a Board of Governors Medal recipient in History at University of Windsor where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in 2010. He went on to complete his Master of Library and Information Science at Western University in 2012. His areas of professional focus outside of his regular work as a librarian are in health librarianship and systematic reviews, information literacy skill development for prospective and first-year post-secondary students, and misinformation within historical event narratives.
