The public is invited to a Map Sale this week in the Leddy Library.
Leddy Library is offering all its United States Geographical Survey topographic maps for purchase at 25 cents each — cash only.
The sale will run 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., May 13 to 17, in the library’s basement Media Centre. For directions, visit the Information Desk.
Construction crews will begin work today — Thursday, May 9 — to transform Leddy Library’s main floor space into a new state-of-art Student Research Collaboratory.
The Collaboratory will provide University of Windsor students with a dynamic space to share their research findings and develop collaborative relationships with partners from across campus and globally.

Inspired by the late urban activist and writer, Jane Jacobs, Jane’s Walk is a free, citizen-led, annual event that encourages residents to discover and connect with their communities.

Make a custom button using your favourite photos and designs or get crafty with the supplies provided by Leddy.
Leddy Library is transforming the current course reserves system with Course Resource Lists powered by Leganto, a new resource management system that integrates with the University of Windsor’s Blackboard system to create and manage online reading lists.
Starting March 15, faculty can submit their course readings via the online platform by adding the library resource list tool to their Blackboard course sites.
The University of Windsor’s Leddy Library, in collaboration with the Polish-Canadian Students’ Association of Windsor, will host Polish Heritage Day in Windsor on Friday, March 15.

The FRED bookmobile visit scheduled for Wednesday, March 6th is cancelled.
FRED, the Windsor Public Library’s bookmobile, encountered a significant repair and the won’t be back on the road in time for the March 6th visit.
All items that were checked out during the last FRED visit have had the due dates extended so that overdue fines will not accrue.
FRED will return to campus on Wednesday, March 27th.

Leddy Library is pleased to announce that FRED, the Windsor Public Library bookmobile, will make UWindsor a regular stop, returning to campus every 3 weeks until April 17.
FRED will be on campus for Windsor Wednesdays from 12 - 2 PM starting February 13, and returning on March 6, March 27 and April 17.
The scheduled visits correspond with the item loan period, allowing patrons to return borrowed material directly to the bookmobile.
