Students are welcome to drop in with questions at any stage in their writing process. We are also available by appointment. To setup an appointment or to find out more about how we can help, call 519-253-3000 (ext.3472) or email us at writingsupport@uwindsor.ca.

Students should note, however, that we are not a proofreading service. On papers for submission, we will examine one paragraph (up to a half page) for grammatical errors, indicate any recurring problems, and offer an explanation of how to proceed in noting and correcting those errors. If students wish to look at their grammar more intensively, they may bring a marked-up, graded paper for review.

We no longer assist with personal writing (i.e.: resumes, CVs, and cover letters; emails; appeals; personal statements and applications; grant proposals, etc.). For resume and cover letter assistance, students should visit the Resume Clinic in 115 Dillon.
