This Fall term Leddy Library has joined the Ontario Council of University Libraries [OCUL] Ask the Library chat service that provides quick, convenient access to expert library support. Whether users need help finding resources, developing a research strategy, accessing library services, or navigating citations, Ask the Library connects them with knowledgeable library staff who can help.
Accessible in the bottom right corner of Leddy Library webpages, the Ask service offers an easy way to submit questions and receive personalized assistance. Ask the Library helps students, faculty, and researchers connect with the expertise they need to make the most of the Leddy Library’s resources. When the service is closed, users are invited to send an email to leddyreference@uwindsor.ca and a Leddy team member will get back to them when we reopen. Ask the Library is open during this Reading Week except for Monday October 12 (Thanksgiving).
