Abstracts and Journals

America: History and Life

Platform: EBSCO

Historical coverage of the United States and Canada from prehistory to the present. The database covers 1,700 journals, and in addition to its historical coverage, the database includes citations to related materials for the social sciences and humanities: for example, political science, anthropology and the arts. America: History and Life was started in 1964 so the bulk of the citations found will have been published since then; however, there is a considerable amount of material dating from the mid-1950s and as far back as 1910.
