Trip provides access to health information in the forms of key primary literature, secondary literature (e.g., systematic reviews), summaries, and clinical practice guidelines. The search engine has unique filtering options that allow the searcher to narrow down the results based on the level of evidence.

Abstracts of biomedical and literature in a variety of health sciences fields including medicine, nursing, dentistry, and the allied health sciences.

PubMed is a free, online index for biomedical literature. Its content is primarily composed of the MEDLINE database, but it also contains records from materials not yet in MEDLINE and all records from the PubMed Central open access repository.

Sociological Abstracts, and its companion file Social Services Abstracts, cover the international literature of sociology, social work, and related disciplines in the social and behavioural sciences. It provides abstracting and indexing of articles and book reviews drawn from thousands of serials publications, plus books, book chapters, dissertations, conference papers, and working papers.

The Digital Commons Network brings together free, full-text scholarly articles from universities and colleges who use the Digital Commons platform by BePress. Curated by university librarians and their supporting institutions, the Network includes peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, dissertations, working papers, conference proceedings, and other original scholarly work.
 

The Open Library of Humanities (OLH) is dedicated to publishing open access scholarship with no author-facing article processing charges (APCs).  It is funded by an international consortium of libraries who have joined OLH to make scholarly publishing fairer, more accessible, and rigorously preserved for the digital future. The OLH publishing platform supports academic journals from across the humanities disciplines, as well as hosting its own multidisciplinary journal. The  Leddy Library supports OLH through OCUL the Ontario Council of University Libraries.

This database combines full text journals with detailed indexing of global literature on natural sciences, engineering and technology. Areas covered include materials science, aerospace engineering, civil engineering, biology, aquatic sciences, environmental science, computer science and earth sciences in addition to many more. It fully incorporates ProQuest Natural Science Collection and ProQuest Technology Collection.

Scholarship at UWindsor is your portal to research and collections at the University of Windsor. The mandate of the Scholarship at UWindsor repository is to enable researchers in our campus community to preserve and provide open access to a wide range of scholarly and creative works. The database includes over full text 310 titles, covering the wide range of sociological and social work topics. The database provides research support for both students and professionals in academic, government, and public research environments.

Using advanced trawling techniques and large scale crowdsourcing, we monitor all sources of research content in philosophy, including journals, books, open access archives, and personal pages maintained by academics.
