IT Staff away from Desk?
- Wait for IT staff: Staff may be assisting other users and typically return to the desk within 5–10 minutes, except during lunch break.

- Contact the IT Service Desk: Call ext. 4440, use live chat, or visit the University Computer Centre in person. Check IT Service hours.
- Submit a support ticket: Report an IT issue online.
