Financial gifts
Financial contributions directly support library initiatives, such as acquiring new materials, digitizing projects, and enhancing study spaces. Your gift can also help fund special collections, technology upgrades, and student-focused programming.
Ways to give:
- One-time or recurring donations: Support the library’s highest-priority needs.
- Endowments: Create a lasting legacy by establishing a named fund.
- Tribute gifts: Honour someone special by donating in their name.
For more information on making a financial gift, please visit the Advancement & Alumni Relations Office or contact the Leddy Library administration.
Material donations
The Leddy Library regrets that it cannot accept donations of most books to the general collection due to the time, effort, and cost of reviewing, processing, and housing donations.
We continue to consider select materials of significant aesthetic or historical value that support the research and teaching at the University of Windsor, with a particular focus on materials for the Archives and Special Collections. Donations are considered on a case-by-case basis.
For more information, please do not hesitate to contact the library's collections team.
Polish Book Fund
For several years, the Leddy Library has partnered with the Polish community of Windsor to build a collection of English language materials for Poland and the Polish people.
