Leddy Library has over 3 million academic resources to support your studies. From journal articles and books to sophisticated online databases. Plus, you can access online resources off-campus via your UWin ID.
- 3. Interlibrary Loans
Can’t find what you are looking for? No problem! Leddy Library offers free Interlibrary loans for UWindsor students through a system that allows you to borrow materials from other libraries if they are not available at Leddy at no charge.
- 4. Library Spaces
Whether you want to study with a group or on your own, the Library offers a variety of spaces to maximize your productivity including quiet study floors, group and personal study rooms, computer workstations, a data centre, study bikes and the Student Research Collaboratory.
- 5. Tech Support
Having trouble with our computers or connecting to wifi? Need help printing? Leddy Library’s IT consultants are on duty to help with a variety of tech and computer issues that may arise.
- 6. Writing Support
The Writing Support Desk is located on the main floor of Leddy Library and is here to help you improve your academic writing. Drop by or make an appointment at any stage of your writing process.
- 7. Course Resource Lists & Reserves
Leddy Library works with your professors to make access to your course materials as easy as possible with Course Resource Lists, an online reading list system available through your Blackboard course site and the Leddy Library website. Some professors will even place copies of course books on reserve at the library for students to borrow for a limited time.
- 8. Beyond Books
Did you know that you can borrow laptops, headphones, and chargers at Leddy Library? Our collection extends far beyond books. From calculators to board games, we do our best to ensure you have what you need.
- 9. Accessibility
Leddy Library is home to the Learning Annex, a private computer lab that provides access to devices and computers equipped with assistive technology to students registered with Student Accessibility Services. We also offer a variety of accessibility services from retrieval of books to accessible workstations.
