Windsor Open Access Author Fee Portal
Charging authors a publication fee is one common way that open access journals support their operations. In some cases the Leddy library can help to offset these cost of these fees as a result of various content licenses we have with these publishers. This portal provides information for you on where such discounts apply and how to obtain them. If you have any questions please contact your liaison or scholarship@uwindsor.ca (Mita Williams).
The University of Windsor is a Supporter Member of several OA publishers which means that when as a University of Windsor author you publish in any journal from BioMed Central or SpringerOpen you will receive a 15% discount on the article-processing charge.
