Access the relevant tariff acts and trade agreements, pertinent case law, government documents such as customs rulings, and exclusive commentary on local and international developments by experts in the field. To access the Customs & Excise Centre from Taxnet Pro, click on the Centre menu and select Customs & Excise Centre. All other centres will be blocked. Subscription access to the Customs & Excise Centre is provided by the University of Windsor Law Library.

Oxford English Dictionary

the entire text of the 22-volume Oxford English Dictionary which merges the original OED with the supplements prepared throughout this century. This work not only contains definitions for most of the words in the English language but also information on their origins and quotations showing their range of meanings from the time they entered the language to the present.

CANSIM (Statistics Canada)

is Statistics Canada's time series database. It contains 1.2 million series in 1,400 tables which cover a wide variety of social and economic aspects of Canadian life. The data collected is from Statistics Canada and other agencies such as the Bank of Canada, CMHC, etc. Access is free to all University of Windsor faculty, staff, and students. Although CANSIM II via the University of Toronto does have a search function, users may have more success using the subject and/or keyword approach offered by Statistics Canada. In this case, copy down the table or series number you are interested in and then plug it into the CANSIM II search engine at the University of Toronto site. Cansim I is no longer being updated as of January 1st, 2002 but is being retained for historical reasons.
