Leddy Library has a limited number of computer workstations in the building available for student use. Students are required to make an appointment to reserve a workstation online. Sessions are available in both the morning and afternoon and can be reserved by students, staff and faculty at the University of Windsor.
In addition, The Academic Data Centre (ADC) is now offering remote access to ADC workstations to support off-campus access to statistical and GIS software applications. Students can reserve a 2.5 hour session to connect to a remote workstation and use a variety of software available through the ADC.

New Policies In Effect During Covid-19
- As of Monday, December 14, 2020 all physical access to the library and in-person service appointments will be canceled until further notice including access to computer workstations.
- All users entering the library are required to complete the Covid-19 Self Assessment using the Safe Lancer App (Available for download on Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
- Safety protocols and other information will be sent via email upon reservation. Please read this carefully before attending.
- Masks are mandatory and physical distancing guidelines will be in effect when moving through the Leddy Library.
- Supplies will be provided for wiping down your workstation space before and after use.
- No food or drink will be permitted, except for water bottles.

Reserve a Remote Access Computer Workstation (ADC)

- Remote access to a computer may be reserved from 10AM-4PM, M-F for 2.5-hour sessions
- A user is limited to reserving a remote workstation for one 2.5-hour session a day

Your remote access appointment will be for 2.5 hours. When making an appointment, the reservation will appear to be 3 hours, but the appointment time will remain for only the first 2.5-hours of the 3-hour time slot.
