Unpaywall connects users with a database of over 26,449,939 free, open access scholarly articles with a tool that runs in Firefox and Chrome. When you are online and find a paywalled paper (work that requires money to read), unpaywall will check to see if there's a free copy in their database. If there is, you will see a green icon on your screen... just click the icon, and read!
