Should the University of Windsor claim insolvency, the contents of Rare Books and Special Collections will be transferred, on such terms as may then be agreed in writing with the consent of the donor or executor and of both governing bodies, to another appropriate repository with similar overall objectives. Such a repository will have a designated “A” status under Heritage Canada, or any equivalent designation created in the future.
