Issue: During the period of December 19th to January 6th the library will be updating its integrated library system. The update is taking place during the Holiday break to minimize disruption during exams while ensuing we are up and running as quickly as possible for the winter term. From December 19th to January 6th Course Resource Lists will be inaccessible and you will not be able to submit new lists during that time using the Course Resource List system.
Fix: We can resume accepting new submissions through the system as of January 6th. Faculty can still email us a document version of their resource list to email@example.com between Dec 19th – Jan 6th. However we will not be able to create and make your list available in Blackboard until January 6th.
Issue: Some graduate and undergraduate students have been assigned a role other than student in our system. This is casued by the patron record load from UWinsite.
Impact: Affected users may receive notifications from Leganto our Course Reserve system.
Fix: We are currently attempting to remove in batch all improperly assigned roles.
Issue: We are currently experience some issues with user accounts for new graduate students. UWinsite is sending incorrect UWin ID information to our system in some cases.
Impact: Impacted users attempting to access Course Resources from Blackboard may be turned away because of a mismatch between their Blackboard and Library User ID.
Fix: We are working with UWinsite to resolve this issue. In the short term please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We can manually update student accounts to correct the ID.
