Printing Multiple Pages on a Single Sheet

If you are presented with this style of print dialog when printing use the instructions below the image.

1. From the application you are using select print.

2. Select the printer that you wish to print to.

3. Access the printer driver by clicking Properties (circled in red in the image above).

4. From the Finishing tab, click on the drop down arrow below Pages per Sheet .

5. Enter the number of pages to print per sheet (1, 2, 4, 6, 9 or 16).

6. Click Print Page Borders to print a border around each page on the sheet. Print Page Borders is enabled only if Pages per Sheet is set to 2, 4, 6, 9 or 16.

7. Click OK .

8. Now click OK again to send the document to the printer.

If you are presented with this style of print dialog when printing use the instructions below the image, you are likely printing from Microsoft Office.

1. Click on the drop down arrow (circled in red in the image above).

2. Enter the number of pages to print per sheet (1, 2, 4, 6, 8 or 16).

3. Click Print to send the document to the printer.
