The ability to sign-on and use the sit-down computer terminals throughout the library is based on the user having an active UWin email address. Alumni borrowers who do not have an updated, active UWin email address have the following options:
-those who graduated prior to 2011 can go to the IT Help Desk to get their UWin email address re-activated. The office is open from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday. Alumni borrowers choosing this option will be required to know their student number and PAC number. If they cannot remember their PAC number, they will have to contact the Registrar’s Office at 519-253-3000 X5332 to obtain that information.

Once their UWin email address is activated, they will be able to use the library computer terminals that require sign-on. They will not get remote access.
